HOW to perform each exercise correctly.

 

TIP: Each video is 60-90 seconds. You can pause, replay, or skip ahead anytime! 

Exercises

PROGRAM AT A GLANCE

WORKOUT FREQUENCY: 3 times per week

(Monday, Wednesday, Friday recommended)

 

TOTAL EXERCISES: 8

 

ESTIMATED WORKOUT TIME: 20-25 minutes

 

FOCUS THIS MONTH:

  • Building foundation strength

  • Establishing proper movement patterns

  • Improving balance and stability

  • Creating consistent exercise habit

PROGRESSION NOTES:

  • Master form before increasing difficulty

  • If exercises feel easy, we'll progress in Month 2

  • Track how many reps you complete each workout

  • Notice improvements in balance and confidence

BEFORE YOUR WORKOUT:

  • Watch all videos at least once

  • Have water nearby

  • Wear comfortable, non-slip shoes

  • Clear space around you for safety

DURING YOUR WORKOUT:

  • Keep this page open on your phone

  • Reference videos between sets if needed

  • Focus on form over speed

  • Breathe naturally - don't hold your breath

  • Rest the full time between sets

​

AFTER YOUR WORKOUT:

  • Note any exercises that felt challenging

  • Track completion in your printed program

  • Drink water and move around gently

 

SAFETY REMINDERS:

  • Stop if you feel dizzy, chest pain, or sharp pain

  • Use chair/wall for balance whenever needed

  • Some muscle fatigue is normal; sharp pain is not

  • If unsure, err on the side of caution
